In this video, I build a stone cabin partially embedded into a mountain slope, working completely alone in a remote forested area. The project begins with digging into the hillside to create a stable base, allowing the cabin to be naturally protected from wind and cold. Layer by layer, I raise the stone walls, shaping a strong, earth-sheltered structure that blends into the landscape. As the build progresses, the cabin takes form as a warm dugout-style home, designed for long-term use in harsh conditions. Using only natural materials and simple tools, I create a durable shelter that relies on the mountain itself for insulation and stability.
