Another game that supported Gravis Ultrasound was Tie Fighter Collector's CD-ROM, interestingly the initial floppy version didn't supported Gravis soundcard.
At the time of game release - 1995, it wasn't such great improvement IMHO over competition. Back in 1995/6 I played it on Sound Galaxy Waverider Pro 32 - 3D (it had prety nice sounding wavetable) which sounded comparably. One thing I noticed is that the Stereo seems to be not functional in this game - you can't hear the distinct left/right channel separation during the sound effects test.
Leave a comment what other DOS games you would like to see running on Gravis Ultrasound - there aren't many. Currently the ones I got to run but didn't covered yet are:
DOOM, DOOM2, Blackthorne
games I own but didn't tried yet supporting Gravis AFAIK
Crusader No Remorse and No Regret
