Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Master Quest - Deku Tree Walkthrough

Welcome to my The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Master Quest walkthrough! After completing the normal adventure, we're returning to Hyrule to tackle the much more challenging Master Quest — beginning with the Great Deku Tree. Master Quest keeps the same story and general progression as Ocarina of Time, but completely redesigns the dungeons with new puzzles, enemy placements and obstacles. In the Nintendo 3DS version, the entire world is also mirrored horizontally and enemies deal double damage! Because we've already completed the normal game, this series will focus primarily on the redesigned Master Quest dungeons and the content that has actually changed. Our first challenge is Inside the Great Deku Tree. Although the surroundings may look familiar, the dungeon has been substantially rearranged. We'll work our way through its new puzzles, collect the Dungeon Map and Compass, obtain the Fairy Slingshot and eventually confront Queen Gohma once again. Some collectibles inside the dungeon cannot be reached during our first visit because they require items obtained later in the adventure. We'll return for those when we have the necessary equipment.
