The Story of Hagar | Powerful Animated Bible Story of Resilience and Faith | Full Movie

Hagar’s story is one of rejection, survival, and a promise that seemed impossible to fulfill. An Egyptian servant in Abraham and Sarah’s household, she became the mother of Ishmael and found herself caught in a conflict that eventually drove her into the wilderness. There, when hope appeared lost, God saw her suffering, heard her son, and preserved the future He had promised. Hagar’s journey reveals the powerful story behind El Roi—the God who sees—and Ishmael, whose very name declares that God hears. 📖 Scripture References: Genesis 12 | Genesis 16–17 | Genesis 21 | Genesis 25 🎬 Video Chapters: 0:00 Intro 0:56 Hagar in Abraham’s Household — An Egyptian servant enters the biblical story 1:43 Sarah Gives Hagar to Abraham — A human solution to a divine promise 2:25 Hagar Becomes Pregnant — Conflict grows between Hagar and Sarah 3:16 Hagar Flees into the Wilderness — Mistreatment drives her away 4:00 The Angel of the Lord Finds Hagar — God calls her by name 5:01 God’s Promise to Ishmael — A great nation will come from her son 6:13 El Roi: The God Who Sees Me — Hagar’s remarkable encounter with God 6:56 Ishmael Is Born — Abraham becomes a father at 86 7:31 God Promises Isaac — Ishmael receives a different promise 8:58 Isaac Is Born — Sarah’s long-awaited son arrives 9:42 Hagar and Ishmael Are Sent Away — Abraham’s household is divided 11:14 Hagar Runs Out of Water — Ishmael’s life hangs in the balance 12:23 God Hears Ishmael — A voice from heaven brings hope 13:13 God Opens Hagar’s Eyes — A well of water saves her son 13:49 Ishmael’s Future — The promised nation begins to unfold 15:07 Hagar’s Legacy — The God who sees and hears In this story, you’ll see: ▶ Hagar’s life as an Egyptian servant in Abraham and Sarah’s household ▶ Sarah give Hagar to Abraham after years without a child ▶ Hagar conceive Ishmael and conflict erupt within the family ▶ The Angel of the Lord find Hagar alone in the wilderness ▶ God promise countless descendants through her son ▶ Hagar call the Lord El Roi, “The God Who Sees Me” ▶ Ishmael receive his name because God had heard Hagar’s affliction ▶ Isaac be born according to God’s covenant promise ▶ Hagar and Ishmael be sent into the wilderness of Beersheba ▶ God hear Ishmael when their water is gone ▶ Hagar discover the well that preserves her son’s life ▶ Ishmael grow up and become the father of twelve sons, fulfilling God’s promise #hagar #ishmael #abraham #sarah #elroi #biblestories #bibleanimation #animatedbiblestories #biblestory #genesis #oldtestament #biblecharacters #biblicalstories #christiananimation
