SNM Giving Day 2026 Kids Can

On today’s Zoom Chat, LCGCC CEO/President Carrie Hamblen continues her talks with Green Chamber members who are participating in the annual Southern New Mexico Giving Day, taking place on Friday, April 24th. Carrie talks with the April Christensen, Founder/Director of Kids Can at Community Action Agency of Southern New Mexico (CAASNM). Carrie and April talk about the creation of Kids Can and the relationship with Community Action Agency of Southern New Mexico, the different lessons young people learn from the program, and how your donations will help them reach more kids who want to learn about running a business. The Green Chamber will be featuring videos every weekday at noon, spotlighting our nonprofit members who are participating so you can decide who you want to contribute money to. Pre-giving is underway and the excitement will be in full force THIS Friday, April 24th.
