At this point in motherhood, it can feel like we're supposed to have everything figured out. Everything! Like all of the answers to everyone's questions, the schedules, the kids, the school stuff, the family calendar, and the decisions. What if we gave ourselves permission to say, “I don't know”? In this video, I'm talking about the pressure we put on ourselves as moms to always have the answers and how something as simple as asking another mom for help reminded me that I don't have to know everything. Whether you're adjusting to a new school year, trying to keep your family organized, or simply navigating this next season of motherhood, this is your reminder: You don't have to have all the answers. You can ask for help. You can look it up. You can phone a friend. You can give yourself grace. We're all figuring it out as we go. Tell me in the comments: Do you put pressure on yourself to have all the answers? I you're trying to create more calm in the chaos while building a life with purpose and intention, subscribe and join me here.
