Do you ever feel like you have SO many things floating around in your head that you're afraid you'll forget something important?
As a working mom of three, a pediatric physical therapist, someone with a YouTube Channel, and a writer, I have a lot to keep track of. My planner helps me organize my schedule, but sometimes I just need one simple place to get everything out of my mind.
That's where my brain dump notebook comes in.
In today's video, I'm sharing exactly how I use this simple notebook to keep track of tasks, move unfinished items forward, and stay focused without feeling like I have to create another complicated productivity system.
The best part? You don't need a fancy notebook or complicated method. You just need something you enjoy writing in and can easily keep with you.
If you are a busy midlife mom trying to manage work, family, appointments, goals, and all of those little things that somehow end up living in your brain, I hope this gives you a simple idea you can try.
In this video:
• How I use a brain dump notebook
• Why I don't put everything directly into my planner
• How I choose the right notebook size for me
• My simple system for crossing off completed tasks
• How I move unfinished tasks to the next day
• How I start fresh when a new month begins
• Why getting things out of your head can help you feel more organized
Sometimes productivity doesn't require a new complicated system.
Sometimes you just need a place to write it all down.
What do you use to keep everything from living in your head? A planner, notebook, phone, or something else? Let me know in the comments!
