Mr. Hewit, my school woodworking teacher, saw potential in me when others didn’t. That moment led to me building my very first workshop at age 13 in a cold, dusty old wash house with nothing more than an old door for a workbench and some fence posts for legs. Fast forward to today, and as I stand in my fully upgraded workshop, I can’t help but reflect on how far I’ve come.
