After 15 years on antipsychotics, I’ve now spent the past year symptom-free (and medication-free) thanks to a medically-supervised ketogenic & metabolic-therapy approach. In this video I tackle the criticism that openly sharing my recovery is “too dangerous”. I break down the real risks people worry about - med changes, access, capacity, clinician push-back - and explain why *honest, nuanced conversation still matters*. My hope? More knowledge, less stigma, and a pathway to better care for anyone searching for hope. And as always, a reminder, to please work closely with your care team when making any changes to your care.
