My First Solo 100km on the bike

My first solo 100km road cycling ride, a full metric century attempt alone on the climbs and coastal roads around Cape Town. No group, no one to draft off, just one rider, a road bike and a long day in the saddle from the first pedal stroke to the last. This is a long distance endurance challenge, pacing a solo century across some of the toughest terrain in the Western Cape and filming the whole thing on the move.
