Delta Robot

Delta robot, also known as spider robot, is a high-speed parallel manipulator designed for light-duty pick-and-place tasks. Benefiting from its special parallel structure, it achieves ultra-fast cycle speed and excellent repeat positioning accuracy. It can be integrated with a vision camera to identify random incoming products, such as filled pouches, bottles, boxes and packages, then grab and place them to cartons or trays automatically. It is commonly used for sorting, feeding, carton loading and transferring on automatic packaging lines. The control system supports easy communication with upstream and downstream machines like filling machines, conveyors and cartoners. Light payload version is the mainstream; the frame and gripper can be customized according to product shape and weight. It can be perfectly combined with food, cosmetic and condiment production lines to replace manual handling and improve line automation.
