Three hours of pure synthesised tone, with no noise bed underneath it.
Every previous track on this channel opens with a filtered hiss. This one does not. The first thing you hear is a low D sine at 146.83Hz, a fifth of A above it at 220Hz, and a faint octave at 293.66Hz — three sustained oscillators, nothing else in front of them. A 73.42Hz sub sits far down at low level to give the field a floor, and a single strand of brown noise rolled off at 300Hz drifts underneath at near-threshold volume so the stereo picture is not completely dry.
All five elements swell on different clocks — 250, 615, 1080, 830 and 470 seconds — so the intervals lean in and out of each other for the full three hours and never line up the same way twice. The tones are panned apart: low D slightly left, the fifth to the right, the octave near centre.
No binaural content, so speakers are fine. No percussion, no transients, no recorded material of any kind — everything here is generated from oscillators and filtered noise.
Rendered at 48kHz, mastered quiet (around -16 LUFS) on purpose, with a 12 second fade in and a 30 second fade out.
