The plaintiff says she and the defendant have dated on and off for 31 years. She insists the defendant is the father of her teen daughter, so she’s petitioning for a DNA test and suing for pain and suffering. The defendant admits he dated the plaintiff but insists they were not together when she conceived her child. He denies owing anything.
