The Binding of Isaac | Daily Run 19th Sept 2026 (Rank: 6️⃣)

Goal: Apollyon vs. Satan [Normal Difficulty] Spiciest Stuff: Lusty Blood, Multidimensional Baby, The Pact, Broken Modem, Stapler, A Lump of Coal, Binky, Cricket's Head, Sinus Infection, Guppy's Eye, Humbling Bundle, C Section, Little Horn Transformations: (Guppy was available if carrying Kid's Drawing) Apollyon becomes our third character to appear twice this month. Early Lusty Blood provides a great base for the build and more and more DMG boosting items keep dropping as we go along. The final significant upgrade is C Section just before facing Hush – with the 6 Tear Rate, it makes up flat out OP. An easy Boss Rush reach here even with high exploration. Grabbed Box of Friends for the occasion. We only had Multidimensional Baby and Brother Bobby but they did the trick here. Easy one. Hush wasn't really a problem either due to revealing the map on Utero II. Capped DMG at ~19 here so the C Section Foetuses chewed through him, no problem. Reasonably high HP today. No defensive items but Gimpy is available for a potential health rebate. This one gets rolling really early – excellent! Best of luck!
