Volcano KOM Nearly Ruined Everything – Molten Momentum

🚴 Cycling gear, apps & discount codes: bio.site/manuelessl Stage 5 of the Tour of Watopia takes us onto Molten Momentum — with 175 riders lining up for a fast Advanced-category Zwift race. The early Volcano KOM was always expected to create splits, but surviving the climb was only part of the challenge. Molten Momentum covers 22.6 km with 215 m of elevation, featuring the Volcano KOM followed later by Jarvis KOM Reverse before returning to the familiar final section from last week. If you watched my Route Recon, you already knew positioning and staying attached over those climbs would be crucial. The race turned into a proper fight for survival after Volcano, followed by some brilliant A-PEX VELO teamwork, a recovery phase through the middle of the race and one final decision in the sprint: wait… or trust myself and go long. This video covers the full race story, the key splits, positioning, team tactics and the final sprint. Route Recon:    • I Rode Molten Momentum BEFORE Stage 5 – Ro...   Want to race with us?
