The ability to draw from your head, design and create art from your imagination is a skill that you can master by practicing often and not giving up. It is very common for beginner artists and designers to feel as if they are not creating art and designs that match with what they imagine in their mind, their vision. Your ideas and unique vision are important. Preserve it by sketching, writing down your ideas in text format, record with an audio file if you can't draw what you see in your head yet.
