Do you set a big English goal every January and give up by February? Practise English listening with an intermediate story (B1–B2) about setting small, clear goals you can actually reach. Listen 3 times — with subtitles, with missing words, and with no subtitles.
🎧 How to use this video (3 listening passes):
1️⃣ Part 1 — listen and read the subtitles. Blue words are the key words.
2️⃣ Part 2 — the key words are hidden. Listen and find the missing words, then check the answers.
3️⃣ Part 3 — no subtitles. Just listen. How much do you understand now?
🗣️ Then speak: pause after any line, take 5 seconds, and say it out loud.
