PEAK WEEK INTO MY WARM UP SHOW

A two days out vlog from my peak week, entering in the first show of the season! This was a warm up show, just to stand on stage again after so long and understand how we faired. The show day video will drop in the next couple of days but for now enjoy this pump session at ultraflex, as well as some thoughts going into show day. This season is going to be epic so subscribe if you're looking forward to seeing more content! FOR COACHING - follow my instagram adam.powe_ - link in bio for client results.
