Is This The Best Gym In The UK? Training with Dirk Emmerich

I first met Dirk at the Natural Bodybuilding Summit in Bali earlier this year, and we became bros pretty much straight away. We train the same and have similar views about life in general, so when I found out Dirk was competing at the Natural Bodybuilding Worldwide International in the UK, I couldn't say no to a session! Ultraflex Rotherham is pretty decent not gonna lie! We tried out some of the best equipment we've ever used, talked all things bodybuilding and even got a few poses in. Then it was back for a quick post workout meal before making our way to the venue where some x rated content went down after Dirk's tanning!
