This is Karka Kasadara's initiative aimed at making the virtue (aram) inherent in Thirukural into everyone’s lifestyle. இறையருளால் இலங்கை ஜெயராஜ் ஐயா பரிமேலழகரின் உரை அடிப்படையில் நடத்தும் திருக்குறள் தொடர் வகுப்புகள், உயர் வள்ளுவம். இது, திருக்குறள் மூலமாக அறத்தை எல்லோரின் வாழ்வியலாக்கும் முயற்சி. We thought it is a good place to start from teachers as they play a vital role in shaping the future generation. These Thirukural classes were targeted mainly for teachers and for general public interested in living a righteous life. We are blessed to have gotten Jeyaraj ayya as our guru as he transcends word, meaning and directly imparts the emotion embedded in every fine detail of each kural. There are no fees for attending these classes. We started with an expectation of 40 students whereas 250-300 students have been attending each class since Feb 2017. As of Feb 2018, 1500+ people have registered for Uyar Valluvam classes. The dates for the next class in announced via sms, WhatsApp, Facebook page and website. All class videos are uploaded to our YouTube Channel and Audio files can be downloaded from our website.
