The Salad Plant That Never Ends (Perennial Arugula/Rocket)

In this video I introduce Perennial Rocket (perennial Arugula) and explain why it is one of the best salad crops to have in the garden. Perennial Rocket (Diplotaxis tenuifolia) can be cropped for many years unlike an annual Rocket which only lasts a few months. Once established one large plant can provide enough spicy salad leaves for a whole family. I also explain how to care for the plants and how to reinvigorate them so that they will continue to crop for many years to come.
