Reverse Sear Venison Roast | Weber Kettle Grill with the Slow N' Sear

Today we are doing a revere sear venison roast on the Weber Kettle Grill with the Slow N' Sear. This cut of deer meat is typically braised and/or cooked for a long time in a slow cooker, but we thought we'd try the reverse sear method. It turned out great!
