Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Go All Out for Landon’s 23rd Vampire Ball Birthday

Landon Barker marked his 23rd birthday with a gothic-themed “Vampire Ball,” surrounded by family and friends in elaborate black outfits, dramatic makeup and plenty of fake blood. The son of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler celebrated the occasion in full vampire style. Landon wore an all-black leather look, complete with blood makeup running from the side of his mouth. His dad Travis and stepmother Kourtney Kardashian Barker also embraced the theme for the party. Kourtney, 47, wore a black lace lingerie-inspired outfit, a cross necklace and a bold red lip, adding her own streak of fake blood. Travis, 50, went with a pale complexion, heavy black eyeliner and a blood-red velvet jacket. Landon's siblings joined in on the celebration as well. Alabama Barker, 20, appeared in a black lace look with newly bright red hair, while Atiana De La Hoya also posed with the birthday boy in gothic attire.
