Lunch & Learn: Preservation Opportunities with CRA's

This Lunch and Learn will focus on historic preservation initiatives in St. Augustine’s historic African American communities using community redevelopment area (CRA) tools. Several historic Black churches and private residences have received improvement funds that have provided necessary infrastructural improvements, historic rehabilitations, and accommodations to meet ADA making them more accessible to the community. The CRA program continues to grow, and Jaime Perkins is leading this effort to manage development opportunities and promote heritage conservation!
