Last Chance Canyon & Piute Mtn

We started in Last Chance Canyon but didn't get far due to the earlier heavy rains. The rains were so severe that it completely washed out Redrock Randsburg Rd near Old Garlock. Certainly gave it a try but we called defeat when we couldn't even get to the more challenging obstacles in a rock garden near the beginning of the canyon. Next day we headed up to Piute Mtn via Jawbone and Claraville. Snow stopped us before hitting the Piute summit, but a beautiful drive.
