You Didn't Do Anything Wrong When It Didn't Take Off, with Telly Arnold

What happens when the business you started doesn't turn out the way you expected? In this episode of Go Be Great, Karena Calhoun sits down with Telly Arnold, a trucking entrepreneur and founder of Straight Connect, for an honest conversation about the realities of entrepreneurship. Telly shares her journey into the box truck industry, the unexpected financial challenges she faced, contracts that weren't as profitable as they appeared, and the importance of learning to pivot quickly. Karena and Telly also talk about the side of entrepreneurship that isn't always shown online—struggling financially, feeling embarrassed, and trying to figure things out alone. Their message is simple but powerful: Don't suffer in silence. Build your community. You'll also hear why entrepreneurs need to look beyond revenue, understand their expenses, get out of their bubble, and turn difficult experiences into lessons that can help others. Whether you're in trucking or building a business in another industry, this conversation offers real insight, encouragement, and practical lessons for the journey. 🎙️ Guest: Telly Arnold -   / telly-leashawn-a-2a2898296   🚛 Founder: Straight Connect - https://straightconnect.org/ 🎧 Podcast: Box Truck Hustle - https://boxtruckhustle.blog/ #GoBeGreat #Entrepreneurship #SmallBusiness #TruckingBusiness #BoxTruckBusiness #BusinessGrowth
