That's Life! reports from Teignmouth in Devon, where the council's new bin collection policy has drawn the ire of local residents. Residents are required to bring their bins to a designated collection point by 7am, but the size of the new wheelie bins, coupled with the amount of hills and steps in the town, make this quite an ordeal. Gavin Campbell visits the picturesque seaside town, to watch residents wrestle with their wheelie bins, and to try and snag an interview with the dustmen on bin day.
