Equinox 24 2023: Race Review

Hello and welcome to my review of Equinox 24 2023. At Equinox 24, the aim is to run as far as you can on a 10k loop near the Belvoir Estate in Leicestershire. This year I went in search of my 4th Silver Pin, over 100 total laps in all events and a new PB. It was a year of new records at the event, alongside all of the usual excitement. I've decided to put more of a focus on the race elements of the event in this year's video. Hopefully, it is still informative and entertaining for newcomers too. All the best, Spider-Stan. 00:00 Introduction 02:51 Goals 03:42 Friday 09:39 The Beer Run 12:20 Saturday 13:34 Children's Race 15:18 Main Race 16:50 The Course 24:30 The Runners 28:30 Race Day Montage 39:14 Night 10k 42:51 The Results 47:59 The Finish Line 53:16 Stats 56:07 31:35 Ending #equinox24 #onemorelap #spiderstan
