On the way, we stopped at a beautiful waterfall — a simple reminder from nature that perhaps, like water, we too must keep flowing with life. 🌊 As the bus journey continued towards Saga, the landscape gradually began to transform. Vegetation slowly disappeared, the altitude increased, and the oxygen levels began to drop. This was our first real experience of the high-altitude environment. We halted for an open-air lunch under the vast Tibetan sky. Our Sherpas lovingly served the entire group, and their warmth, care and dedication remained truly commendable throughout the journey. 🙏 Reaching Saga meant it was time to slow down and acclimatize. But Magic Trips saw this halt as an opportunity to prepare everyone for the journey ahead. We trekked through the Saga mountains, preparing ourselves physically and inwardly for the Kailash Parikrama. With the guidance and support of our Tibetan guide, the group explored the mountains in its own way — some walking, some sitting in meditation, some simply lying down and breathing in the vastness of the mountains. It was not just a trek. It became a beautiful experience of absorbing the energy, silence and presence of the land. 🏔️ Sadly 😔🙏, our Tibetan guide, who had been such an important part of this journey, was among those we lost in the recent tragedy in Nepal. His presence, his guidance and his contribution to our journey will always remain a part of our Kailash memories. 🙏🌺 From Saga, the journey continued towards the sacred Lake Mansarovar. And then came that unforgettable first glimpse of **Mount Kailash**. Words fall short when you see Kailash for the first time — and alongside it, the vast and divine Lake Mansarovar, whose presence seemed to touch everyone in a different way. 🕉️🏔️ We then completed the **Mansarovar Parikrama by bus**, absorbing the beauty and stillness of the sacred lake, before reaching Darchen — now even closer to Kailash, and the starting point of our Kora. Due to the unprecedented crowd and delays during the Fire Horse Year, our Kora schedule was affected. But once again, what appeared to be a delay became an unexpected opportunity. We visited *Ashtapad* — a breathtaking darshan of Kailash, Nandi Parvat and the sacred landscape surrounding it. Ashtapad holds immense significance in Jain tradition, as it is believed to be the place where **Bhagwan Rishabhdev attained moksha**, along with many disciples. Every step was taking us closer.
