Awesome morning on the "Fens Line".

Last Friday was a very early start for me as I wanted to capture some freight workings on my way to The Cambridge Rock Festival which turned out to be very near to my second location at Ely. I left home at 03.50 so I could get some early morning workings at Whittlesea were I arrived at 05.40. Before I went to the second location which I had never been to before I had a cooked breakfast in the town at Whittlesea at it opens early. This second location is very near Ely West Junction which is a fifteen minute walk from where you can park your car so I had a few hours there before going to the festival were I filmed three bands, but didn't get back home till 23.40, so it was a very long day but well worth it.
