Cobra Zer0 OP10 Challenge Build For Borderlands 2

Salutations! I was STRUGGLING to use this rough rider set up lol, but it was super fun. I enjoy the Cobra. It's a fun little Sniper, just really freaking rare! The Rarest Sniper, the Rarest regular drop, it's a crazy little thing that messed up the hunt for a lot of people. This is a super fun sniper that gets made fun of damage wise due to how rare it is, not because it is a bad weapon. Also location Suggestions would be FANTASTIC!!! I don't know where y'all want to see these runs at so let me know what content you want these challenge builds to face! The music in here is from Touhou, please go check it out!
