Retcher Zer0 OP 10 Challenge Build For Borderlands 2

Salutations! This is my first Gunslinger Zer0, plz give some critiques about the build or the way I am playing it! I want to learn as much about this game as I can so I can get back to giving you guys content at the rate I was with BL3! I know some people are waiting on my take for the Privacy Policy and such and this stuff takes some time to get set up. I am having my video peer reviewed right now to make sure I don't say something stupid lol. The opinion section I am not too worried about, but I want to break out a very slight history book and some tech tips.
