Each surface draws in light and environmental contact, producing a slow accumulation that travels upward along the planes. As conditions intensify, faint thread-like beams drift outward near the upper region, releasing in uneven intervals, suggesting the transfer is incomplete. The surrounding rain softens as it nears the structure, and a low, static presence can be felt throughout the area. The black sand beneath it matches remnants of the Hyperframe Network described in Black Sand (OSF-019), implying the Apex may be interacting with residual material from that collapsed system.
