Day 1 of the MSK Clinical Masterclass at the NCS-University System Department of Health Sciences.

Today was all about building strong foundations: from joint mobilization to manipulation, the Kaltenborn, Maitland and Mulligan concepts, and hands-on practice across the spine and peripheral joints. Real learning happens when knowledge meets practice. Grateful to Dr. Dileep Kumar, PT and the Center of Manual Therapy (CMT) for bringing this training to Peshawar, and to every participant who brought energy and curiosity to the room. Two more days to go. Dry Needling, MFR and clinical integration are next!
