From a safe distance of 30 feet above the ground on a 1.5 mile walkway, The Wild Animal Sanctuary is a unique animal encounter that is truly one of a kind! In this video, come with me for a full morning hike in the sky to see dozens of animals in huge habitats! Primarily meant to be a preservation and rehabilitation center, this animal sanctuary boasts many unique animals and some truly harrowing stories. The unique nature of the sanctuary is what pulls you in, but learning how this place operates while seeing the massive habitats these animals get can be quite the experience. So while this is not your traditional zoo experience as being high up and far away means you may not see a lot of animals, and you certainly won’t see them very close, it is still a very special experience that is absolutely worth the effort.
