This delicious apple yogurt cake is made with everyday ingredients and flavored with cinnamon and vanilla. Perfect with coffee or tea, for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon snack. 00:00 📝 Ingredients: 3 apples. 3 large eggs. 5.5 oz (150 g) plain yogurt. A pinch of salt. 1/3 cup (65 g) sugar. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 2.5 fl oz (70 ml) coconut oil. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 2 tsp baking powder. 6.5 oz (180 g) all-purpose flour. 🍮 Creamy Vanilla Sauce: 1 egg yolk. 1 oz (30 g) sugar. A pinch of salt. 1 tsp cornstarch. 8.5 fl oz (250 ml) milk, divided. 🍎 Apple-Orange Tea: 1/2 apple. 1/2 orange. 2–3 whole cloves. 2 tsp black tea. Hot water, as needed. 🔥 Air Frying: Air-fry until the cake is golden on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
