Collaboration and Safety Onboard: The Human Factor in Action

Some meetings go beyond coordination and become opportunities to strengthen operational excellence. Recently, we had the privilege of participating in a safety culture and alignment workshop with the Noble and Shell teams, held onboard while the vessel was undergoing operations at Hidramar Shipyards. Conducting this HSSE session onboard reinforced a principle we strongly believe in: outstanding results depend not only on infrastructure and technical capabilities, but also on rigorous processes, effective communication, and the commitment of people working toward a common goal. As the project enters its final stages, maintaining focus on safety becomes even more critical. Increased operational intensity and schedule pressure must never compromise our standards. Our objective remains clear: complete the project safely, achieve zero Lost Time Incidents, and ensure everyone returns home safely.
