Living in the Forest: I Built a Giant Fish Trap and Spent the Night Beside a Waterfall.

Today, I venture deep into the forest to build a giant traditional fish trap in a rushing waterfall. I first search for the perfect spot, build the bamboo trap across the stream, and make a small shelter beside the waterfall where I can spend the night. When I check the trap for the first time, I catch only a few fish — just enough for a simple dinner. I cook them over an open fire, boil water, make a cup of coffee, and spend a peaceful night listening to the sound of the waterfall. Early the next morning, I return to check the trap again. This time, there are many fish, both large and small. I bring the catch back to my farm. The smaller fish are released into my pond, while the larger ones become food for my family. This is another simple day of living in the forest — finding food from nature, enjoying the quietness of the mountains, and returning home to care for my animals.
