Unbreakable V2

I wrote “Unbreakable” to explore the paradoxical truth that some of the deepest strength comes from surviving our darkest moments. The quote from The Joker, "Someday someone will break you so badly that you’ll become unbreakable," captures the transformation that can happen when pain and betrayal push us past our limits, forcing us to rebuild ourselves from the wreckage. This song is my way of giving a voice to anyone who has been hurt so deeply that the experience changed them forever. It’s about the journey through despair, the feeling of being shattered, and the realisation that, piece by piece, we can forge something stronger from what remains. I wanted the lyrics to reflect both the heaviness and the resilience of how every scar and every loss can become armour and how standing in the ruins can reveal a new, unbreakable self. The doom rock style perfectly matches the weight of this transformation. Its slow, thunderous riffs and haunting atmosphere evoke the gravity of suffering, while also creating space for defiance and power to rise. I wanted the music and the words together to feel like a ritual of endurance, an anthem for those who have been through hell and come out the other side, not unscathed, but unbreakable. Ultimately, I wrote this song to remind anyone enduring pain or heartbreak that their story doesn’t end with their darkest moment. Occasionally, the very experiences meant to destroy us become the forge that makes us indestructible. “Unbreakable” is both a lament and a battle cry: a reminder that even in the face of cruelty, we can discover a strength no one can ever take away.
