Shift at Midnight | Part 12 - Clyde Might Save My Dog…

Part 12 of Shift at Midnight, and somehow I only have ONE shift left after this. This one was about 26 minutes, and overall I actually had a pretty good shift. I didn’t kill any humans and got every doppelgänger right except for one driver that I accidentally let through. Of course, one mistake was enough to come back and fuck me over at the end because I had to deal with two entities attacking me. Thankfully I’ve bought so many traps at this point that I’m actually pretty prepared for this stuff now, and I managed to survive both of them. The Calendar Killer also decided to show his ass again and hang around for a little bit. He didn’t completely ruin my night, but he definitely freaked me out when I saw him. I’m really hoping that’s the last time I have to see him. Someone also tried to rob me at gunpoint for $20, which didn’t exactly work out for him because I killed him instead 😭 But the biggest thing that happened this shift might have just saved my entire playthrough. I got an email telling me to call Clyde the sheriff, and apparently he’s going to give me $250. I called him and he said he’ll stop by tomorrow. If that actually happens, Clyde might single-handedly save my dog. I’ve been trying to get enough money for the $250 surgery, and after the last shift I genuinely didn’t think there was enough time left to make it. Now there might actually be a chance. I’m just praying the final shift doesn’t turn into some insane Blood Moon or giant final boss situation because I have a feeling this game isn’t going to let me finish that easily. One shift left.
