Shift at Midnight | Part 13 - THE FINALE

Part 13 of Shift at Midnight. We fricken finished it. All 13 shifts are officially complete, the story is over, and this is the first full game series I’ve completed from beginning to end on the channel. The final shift was actually under 20 minutes, but there was still plenty of shit happening. I accidentally killed one human, had a bunch of nuisance customers coming in being loud as hell with music, air horns and other random shit, and had to throw toilet paper at them to get them to leave. There was also plenty of cleanup and the normal chaos I’ve gotten used to after 13 shifts of working at this place. Then everything with Clyde and the Dentist finally came together. Clyde unfortunately didn’t make it. The Dentist had stolen someone’s identity and everything eventually led into this weird chase sequence where I was running through a completely different area with him coming after me. But the most important part: MY DOG SURVIVED. The $250 surgery was covered, the operation was successful, and my dog is officially alive and can stay with me in Post-Story Mode. The ending I got is called Grave Decision, where the dog survives but Clyde doesn’t. Technically I can keep playing this save forever because completing Story Mode unlocks Post-Story Mode, so this doesn’t necessarily have to be the last time I ever play Shift at Midnight. But as far as the actual story goes, this series is finished. 13 parts. 13 shifts. Dog survived. Story complete. Honestly a great playthrough, and it feels fucking good to finally finish an entire game series on the channel.
