What is the REAL point of Devilman Crybaby?

Devilman Crybaby (2018) is an insanely raw and thought provoking series directed by Masaaki Yuasa, and produced by the studio, Science SARU. The series follows Akira Fudo, a naïve, but empathic high school boy. He is persuaded to look into demonic events by his friend Ryo Asuka. The beautiful soundtrack created by Kensuke Ushio is one to remember, especially when it adds to all of the horror we experience throughout our watch. If you're looking for a "Devilman Crybaby Explained" video, then you've come to the right spot. I love looking into the mind of a writer/director, and what they're trying to tell the world. And I think Devilman Crybaby is trying to tell us a LOT of different things. Stick around til the end and let me know if you agree with my analysis, or if you think I missed something important! (I'm aware I didn't touch on rap culture within DMCB, feel free to let me know your opinions on this in the comments).
