Belgian Pale Ale - Tasting and Brewing Notes

It's easy to get into a rut when brewing. Sometimes when we really want to learn a recipe or a style, we brew it again and again. Let's face it, brewing the same beer over and over again can get tedious. To break out the monotony, Mike brewed up a Belgian Pale Ale. It is not something he would regularly brew or even order out at a bar. Because of that, he approached the brew day with lower expectations and an open mind towards simply brewing a beer for fun.
