Improve balance, posture, and confidence through a gentle yoga practice designed for people living with Parkinson's. This seated class focuses on core stability, weight shifting, and body awareness to help improve steadiness during everyday activities. Mindful breathing and intentional movement encourage better alignment while helping reduce stiffness and the fear of falling.
Items needed: armless chair and long exercise band (or belt).
