How to Repaint the Makeup on a Vintage 70yr old Ideal Toni Hard Plastic Doll

In this video we show how to repaint and restore the makeup, eyebrows, eyelashes and lips on a vintage Ideal Toni doll. This technique can be used on most hard plastic dolls from that era 1940's, 50's 60's etc. I use Golden Fluid acrylic paint and a clear sealer on just the what is repainted.
