The Wolves of Ossory | The Drunken Bodhráns | Official Music Video

A priest rides through an Irish forest on a winter night. When a wolf steps into the light of his fire, he reaches for his blade. But the wolf has come to ask for mercy. The Wolves of Ossory is a cinematic Celtic folk song inspired by Irish folklore. Follow the priest into the woods, where he discovers the woman beneath the wolfskin—and learns that a human heart can survive in a form others fear. This song will appear on Irish Folklore And Celtic Legends, the new album by The Drunken Bodhráns, releasing 23 October 2026. Every song on the album draws from the folklore and legends of Ireland.
