Birkot HaShachar are the morning blessings traditionally recited at the beginning of the Jewish day. In this video, I slowly recite these blessings so you can follow along and pray them yourself. These blessings thank God for the ordinary but profound aspects of waking up and beginning a new day. In many siddurim, they form the opening section of the weekday Shacharit service. In this video, you will see: • The Hebrew text • Transliteration to help with pronunciation • A slower pace so you can follow along The wording and structure here are inspired by the Conservative / Masorti siddur tradition, though different communities sometimes use different customs that change word choice, spelling, and related details. If you would like to see a fuller morning prayer sequence, you can watch a video on the Shortest Shacharit here:    • How to Pray the Shortest Shacharit | Follo...   💙 Support my work making accessible Jewish learning freely available: Leave a one-time tip: https://jeremymarkiz.kit.com/products...
