The Cost of Our Calling PT4

Not every faithful story ends with an open prison door. Peter was miraculously released. John the Baptist was not. Yet both belonged to God, and both were faithful to their assignments. In the final part of The Cost of Our Calling, we explore what it means to trust God when obedience does not produce the outcome we expected. Through John, Peter, Paul and Hebrews 11, we confront a difficult but important truth: visible deliverance is not the only evidence of faith. Ultimately, the cost of calling is not the price we pay for God’s love. Christ has already paid the price of redemption. Our obedience is simply our response to grace.
