Episode 86 - When He Promises

Episode 86 - When He Promises : When Faith Meets the Divine Word In this episode of Parayanam, Dr. T. Ravikumar continues the story of the unexpected Kodaikanal journey with Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. What began as an uncertain possibility suddenly became a reality when, on 16 June, the research scholars were informed that Swami Himself had decided to take them to Kodaikanal. From the excitement of leaving their academic schedule behind to arriving at a cool and rainy Brindavan, the journey unfolded in ways they could never have anticipated. Swami personally made arrangements for their stay, spoke to them about the journey, and shared details about Kodaikanal. But when news arrived that heavy rains were expected to continue for months, the much-awaited trip seemed to be in danger. Then came Swami's assurance: “I have told you I will take you to Kodaikanal. We are going, and there will be no rains.” What followed became a powerful reminder of the strength of His word - the rains stopped throughout their stay in Kodaikanal and returned only after they had left.
