This Snegurochka swordswoman will focus on a variety of combo strikes and constant shifts in distance to you. React to her movements, and that of her blade, to quickly find the openings to retaliate against. The Guardian Blade of Drifting Snow will jump to vary how far away she is from you. This includes a sideways jump as well as a sizable backwards jump away from you after every couple of attack cycles - be careful not to commit to attacks too early that will get largely wasted if the Guardian Blade is about to escape their range. The Guardian Blade can prepare herself by spinning in the air, unleashing a wide circular slash afterwards. Wait for the slash to begin, then dash to the Guardian Blade's left (if you're a bit distant from her, dashing towards her or out of range can also work). Dashing to the right is often hazardous due to the wide range of the slash, and typically results in you taking a late hit. Practice dodging this, as the Guardian Blade can end most attack sequences with a circular slash of some kind. At a distance, the Guardian Blade can ready herself in the air with four icicles surrounding her before charging forward in a straight line towards you - simply dash out of the way as she approaches. A circular slash will often follow this. Alternatively, while distant the Guardian Blade may instead create six icicles, which will be launched as homing volleys. Two volleys occur, first with the right three icicles, then the three left icicles. Approach the Guardian Blade and dodge in the direction of the launched icicles - the icicles are stuck on initial paths for a time, and moving towards the Guardian Blade this way will slip you past the icicle arcs before the homing can do anything. At close range, the Guardian Blade has a pair of sword combos she can utilize. The first consists of a very fast forward slash, followed by a variation on the circular slash that is faster and comes from the other direction than her other circular slash. Timed dashes will handle both of these attacks, but the sheer speed at which the first slash comes out can be problematic. It may be wise to keep a small amount of distance from the Guardian Blade to make avoiding this more manageable - the circular slash, meanwhile, can just be addressed by dashing toward the Guardian Blade. Her other close range combo begins with a mildly slower first slash, followed by a rapid pair of forward slashes, and ending with a circular slash. The pair of slashes is too fast to avoid with dashing, so dodge backwards from the Guardian Blade's first slash to get out of range of the subsequent pair of slashes. The circular slash that follows can then be dashed as normal. Once brought to around 40% health, the Guardian Blade will encase herself in an ice coffin, an ability seen with other Snegovik enemies like Glacial Wardens. Elemental reactions can break this ice; Stellar reactions will make the ice more fragile and thus more susceptible to Anemo and Electro attacks, though normal approaches like Pyro are also viable. Small amounts of Cryo damage will be dealt to you while near the ice coffin, so be wary of any elements affecting your characters. Breaking the ice coffin will deal severe damage to the Guardian Blade, stun her, and cripple her resistances - the attacking opportunity this leaves behind will often be enough to end the fight. Those wishing to use Stellar Reactions in this fight must bear in mind that the Guardian Blade also has high Cryo resistance. Stellar Conduct teams will likely be much less effective against her unless resistance-decreasing effects like Viridescent Venerer are maintained; Stellar Swirl would probably be the superior option to focus on here. 0:00 - The Fight 2:02 - Character Stats
